Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Urban Living Ideas. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 5 days of your delivery, if 5 days have passed since the delivery, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. We do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-

-A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.

-If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.

-If the product is received in a damaged condition.

The Refund will be processed only after receiving the product.
